Visitors

• Visitors must sign in on the children’s sign in sheet.

• Visitors must familiarise themselves with any potential hazards that may occur

            i.e. read and sign hazards list.

• The hazards register is kept in the kete by the front door, and this needs to be read and signed by anyone working with in the Preschool.

• All visitors to Little Rock Preschool must follow staff directions, if any

evacuation/emergency is set in place.

• Any work that tradesmen carry out during Preschool operating hours must be agreed upon by the Manager or Owner to ensure safety of children/staff etc.

• Visitors must be supervised at all times and never be left alone with children.

• Privacy Act regulations must be adhered to.
